Being a creative problem solver, Billy Ray Tye Jr. has invented an original app. It promises to enhance the texting experience for everyone, even those with vision impairment. Mr. Tye has teamed up with All in One Inventions for the development of this product. Together they have used their collaborative experience to transform this idea into a marketable platform. Mr. Tye passionately feels a sense of pride in his concept. He believes that it deserves immediate attention. Because of the wider market that exists for such a concept, he wholeheartedly believes in the positive impact its development and production will have on individuals and the market(s) to which it will be promoted. 

The name of the concept Mr. Tye has chosen is EFX2TXT. However, he is open to the possibility of a name change. He reserves final approval regarding the official name. Branding is important, of course, but the concept is the proper foundation for the invention and any future applications of the invention. The concept ­­­­­­ Mr. Tye has envisioned is a unique audio bite app. A more detailed description of the functionality of this invention will be elaborated upon in the following segment. 

Mr. Tye has been working hard at designing and documenting his concept. He has several “mock-up” drawings of his invention that provide a sense of how the idea will appear once brought into production. The drawings are beneficial for making any necessary modifications and revisions for improvements to promote a more satisfactory and overall accommodating product. As currently designed in the Advanced Interface, EFX2TXT has unique features not presently available in the marketplace. Although it is still in the developmental stages, an explanation of its functionality is as follows: 

EFX2TXT is a revolutionary app. It is designed to fill in the current lack of audible information. It will deliver instant, short, entertaining, and/or educational audio bits. 

The main feature of the app gives users the option to find things. Using a noted search bar, users can browse through a variety of entertaining sound bites. It will help them better express what they wish to communicate. 

EFX2TXT will be built into smartphones' default factory keyboard, like the .gif menu. It can be found on Google Play Store or Apple Store, packaged as a keyboard. 

The available sound bites (called EFX) are found in a drop-down menu with categories. The results of what EFX is available for users to select and send may vary.

Users can choose from movies, scenes, stage acts, comedians, significant speeches, etc. They will also have the option to connect their existing Amazon Audible accounts to the EFX2TXT app. If they don't have an account, they can add the features for an additional monthly fee.

Once connected, users will be able to add Audible book quotes directly into their chat.
 

 If a user leaves the search bar blank, the app will make suggestions based on the last text message sent. 

As an optional idea, a type of subscription will give the user access to use a more vast selection of EFX. The subscription option will be called "The Diamond Option". The app will offer a 7 Day trial of "The Diamond Option" and a price of $4.20 per month after the trial. It requires additional screens informing users of terms and conditions, pricing, and what the money goes toward.

The cost of developing this app and providing the app to consumers will depend on the buyer/licensor of this idea. An introductory retail price and the sustaining price will be determined by the number of subscribers, the actual cost of development, advertising methods used, and any additional features employed by the buyer/licensor. As it is developed and used, the app can be morphed or corrected for improvement. The inventor understands that company feedback, especially from knowledgeable sources, is a great way to improve the product for future market potential. Exact designs for screens and text are conceptualized but are subject to subsequent changes that may enhance the product.

Mr. Tye states that “It relates to the business of entertaining through the fact that without the original entertaining art forms from which we extract the sound EFX (sound bites), the app would not exist. It is because of this that I would like to somehow offer "the owners of the voices" in the EFX some type of small royalty or compensation for the sources they provide, if this is all feasible, financially, technologically, and legally. 

An app is a form of entertainment, which is also relative to the entertainment business. It is possible this relationship could provide huge marketing tool opportunities for movie releases. 
 

Example: A sequel to the "Half Baked" late 1990's cult stoner flick is being released. We could also market to a phone manufacturer like Motorola and have my App featured on their phone upon its release FEATURING SOUND EFX FROM THE FIRST "HALF BAKED" Film, an extensive list of its funniest lines (Dave Chappelle, Jim Brewer, and other huge talents), as well as only a few EFX (4 OR 5) from the Sequel. So as not to have spoilers, these Sound EFX would be the same lines the audience hears in premier trailers. 

The main purpose of this app is to entertain users and create an enjoyable texting experience. Today’s society is always seeking new and easier ways to use advanced technology to make necessary tasks easier to accomplish. This is precisely why this product is being developed.
